Contemporary HRM Practices As technology is being implemented into more and more areas of business the use of data analytics is an area that companies, and organizations are looking to for use data to gain insights that will help them gain a competitive advantage. HR analytics can be looked and used in different levels starting with operational reporting, advanced reporting, strategic analytics and predictive analytics which can be used to help solve organizational problems.
